Caitlin Gill, NP (and staff) have the appropriate demeanor, bedside manner and personable nature consistent with what I feel is required for this serious medical issue. Unfortunately, her knowledge and competence are not a given at every provider's office. St. D clinics are the best In my opinion. I was pleased in every way with the care. It was a lot to take in and I was a little overwhelmed. She included my daughter in the discussion and we both left feeling good about the treatment plan and the explanations provided. Her follow-up report in the portal was thorough (my PCP was pleased as well). It has been helpful and I have gone back to it many times. I have an MRI 7/8 and I'm look forward to her final report. I am very encouraged. She commented during the assessment regarding my intelligence and with her help I have hope to not lose it.

Impressive knowledge & ease with explanation of memory loss information.

Gave feedback on next steps. Again, not a personal experience. Checking off boxes. Felt as if records were not looked at prior to visit. Didn't realize visit was over until she said "you all can leave now" when the doctor was standing at the door. We were unclear if the visit was over.

Dr. Gill explained everything about treatment very well

I was nervous to see a nurse practitioner instead of Dr. Fredericks, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how much she knew and could explain what was going on with me. She is far more knowledgeable and caring than some other nurse practitioners I have seen in the past. I truly appreciate her!

My sister and niece came In with me.I Did Not receive any written information about the visit. As I have "Some Memory Issues, I'm not able to remember what all was discussed. Asked about a current medical condition (a sore throat), told me NOT part of "her job".

NP Gill didn't know why my mom was seeing her. "Why are you here? First visit for some test results. Rude, no concern for my mom's Condition. Not a pleasant experience for my 86 year old mother.

We are still learning each other'. Much more informative this time-my questions were more specific this time.

Caitlin Gill, NP is great. She has an awesome bedside manner. She is timely in seeing me and I never have to wait an extended time period. She listens and informs me of any changes to my condition or medications. She always sends my refills in a timely manner and makes sure the necessary paperwork is completed so that I have no delays in my medication.

Dr Gill was very concerned about my wellbeing and treatment, I was very pleased with my appointment with her
