The Nurse Practioner took time to listen to my concerns and was very helpful and helping me come up with a solution

I am very upset that I was told I would no longer have Stephanie Bostic, NP as my care provider. I have established a great patient relationship with her since loosing Dr Allen as my primary care provider. I wish I had been given an option to stay as her patient.

Dr Bostic has been a great care provider I was a long term patient of Dr Cynthia Allen and when she was no longer there Dr Bostic came in and made me feel like my care was still in good hands l heard she was not going to be at this clinic any longer l feel that a a definite loss for us that has had the privilege of being served by her

Ms. Bostic asked questions about how I was feeling, previous history, concerns. She asked follow-up questions to ensure she understood what I was concerned about and what may be causing the problems. I felt that she listened and cared about what I was saying and feeling physically and mentally.

My PCP was Dr. Allen. NP Stephanie Bostic has seen me for the last four appointments. I absolutely love her and if she leaves, I'm leaving. I hope she is permanent. She is absolutely amazing and like Dr. Allen, she cares about me.

I am losing my current doctor due to her retirement, but Ms. Bostic has jumped right in and gives me that same compassion, security, and comfort as Dr. Allen. She is a great NP.

I came in because I had taken a fall off of a wall on Sunday and I have been having pain around my ribs on the right side ever since. I would have expected someone to at least press on the areas to see where the pain was to kind of get an idea of a diagnosis, but she never touched me. And I basically had to insist on an x-ray to rule out a rib fracture. They send me out with a prednisone pack and a recommendation for over the counter pain medicine. The pain is still intense. I am hoping it's going to subside...I already have an appointemtn in two weeks for my healthy you, but if the pain doesn't get any better over the weekend, I will have to go back in next week. And Dr. Hathorn was at the desk right outside the room...I don't understand why I was not able to see him...I have been seeing him for years now.

The NP I saw was so personable and helpful. Dr. Allen had retired so it was the first time to see her. It was a great experience!

The provider did not address my reason for coming in. I came in because of ongoing muscle spasms in my back and legs. I also recently lost my dad and am still grieving the loss. The provider said she was calling in a prescription for me. I get the prescription, and it's for anxiety, not muscle spasms. I called the office and was told the provider said I had to come back to be seen for the muscle spasms'. That was the reason I went to the doctor in the first place. I told the nurse that AND I told the nurse practitioner that. So why would I have to return for her to call in the prescription? I would NEVER visit that office again.
