Riichi Ota, MD, is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained vascular neurologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of stroke and other cerebrovascular conditions. Dr. Ota completed his neurology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he served as chief resident and went on to complete a vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Minnesota. 

Dr. Ota has extensive experience working in Comprehensive Stroke Centers and is actively involved in clinical research focused on improving outcomes in acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Fluent in English, Spanish and Japanese, he is committed to delivering timely, evidence-based stroke care with compassion and cultural sensitivity.
