About The Provider

Misty Stricklin, NP, is a family nurse practitioner board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a lifelong resident of the Metro Jackson area. Misty is from Raymond, Mississippi, where she attended Central Hinds Academy. She then studied at Hinds Community College and received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2007. After practicing as a Registered Nurse for many years, she then completed her education at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and earned a Master of Science in Nursing. Misty joined St. Dominic’s Neurosurgery Associates in 2015, where she evaluates and treats a wide array of cranial and spinal conditions. She and her family are residents of Madison and members of Broadmoor Baptist Church. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys reading and travel.

    She came in introduced her self made to the strength test said she was going to call my chiropractor for his notes to try set up mri and left the room never seen again. Minutes later nurse walked back in and said we going to try and set you up for MRI . Might be a month then she left I was done

    Again, I had no experience but good. Everything went well. I was a bit nervous at first thinking maybe my results had gotten worse. But Misty reassured me that everything was still the same and not to worry and she will see me again in a year to repeat the steps.
