I had no idea I really n my needed some tests that were one!

Dr.Hathorn showed great compassion and empathy while talking to me about a difficult life changing situation that I have been going through.

I looked at reviews of Dr. Lathan Hathorn online and they were very good so I decided to bring my mother to be treated by him. He had a poor bedside manner. He came in with a mask over his nose with no real greeting or introduction of himself since it was her first visit. He just came in and said who am I treating you or her. He was with her for about 3 to 4 minutes, looked in her ears, placed his telescope on her chest twice, while she was seated in her chair and asked if she had any allergic reaction to any medicine.. He acted as if he had not even read her chart because I had to tell him about her pre-existing conditions. He did not come back with a diagnosis, but his assistant came back with the Treatment that was being recommended. Miss Tanya his assistant was very pleasant but Dr. Hathorn did not reenter the room to discuss a diagnosis or treatment nor did he bid us farewell at all. He stood at the nurse's station as we left and said nothing upon our departure. He doesn't come off as even being a doctor.
