I had several concerns about issues that had been going on with me since my last visit and was put right at ease by detailed explanations and suggestions of how we could go about resolving them.

I feel like the NP we saw wrote us off from the beginning of the visit. He clearly felt like he couldn't help us and was ready to pass us off to someone else. He did say he'd make us appointments to other providers. I understand that sometimes people aren't a right fit, but I wish he'd had more compassion.

I'd recommend highly.

I like my provider Justin Cole...he's attentive, he even remembers personal interest that I have mentioned in pass appointments. Im impressed.

The only part we had an issue with was not being able to record what he said. I don't always remember every detail so it would help a lot if we could tape what is being said, so we don't mess up when at home trying to implement the info just spoken to us.

Justin is great at listening and always tries his best to find a solution to medications and insurance issues.

Lack conversation, interest in me as a first time p as patient, and something is going on with my heart and I know now he heard it. When I got to dialysis thereafter my vist with him, my kidney doctor had to contact my heart doctor and immediately request an appointment. My legs and feet were were very swollen. The only thing he did was listen to my heart.

I don't know if Justin feels he is in charge of my care.
